Deadline of Abstract Submission

• Participants who wish to make scientific contributions are welcome to submit POSTER abstracts from this web site. Please note that there are NO Oral Sessions at this Meeting.
  All abstracts must be submitted online.
  Please follow the instructions below.

Instruction for Authors

• ◆　The presenting authors MUST submit abstract by their selves.
• ◆　The abstract must be written in English and contain a brief, clear statement of conclusion.
• ◆　The title of the abstract should be below 150 characters.
• ◆　The abstract body should be below 2,000 characters.
• ◆　The abstract may contain ONE figure or table. A figure or table should be made by JPEG file or Power Point file below 5MB. If you contain a figure or table, the abstract body should be below 1,500 characters.

Submission Procedures

• ◆　Click the Abstract Submission button on this page. Abstract submission is made using the online submission system.
• ◆　Applicants registering for the first time are requested to enter their personal information and make a new account first.
• ◆　Follow the directions on the abstract submission screen, and fill in the required fields. The items you are required to fill in are as follows:

• Presenting author’s personal information
• Category of your abstract (select from the list)
• Name of authors (maximum 16 authors), affiliated institutions (maximum 16 institutions)
• Title of presentation (below 150 characters)
• Abstract body
  －The abstract body should be below 2,000 characters.
  (Note: Do not include the title, names and institutions of authors to the abstract body.)
• figure or table
  －A figure or table should be made by JPEG file or Power Point file below 5MB. If you contain a figure or table, the abstract body should be below 1,500 characters.

After finishing the submission of your abstract, you will receive "notification message" to your registered e-mail address (ID) for confirming its receipt. If you have not received such an e-mail within 24 hours, your abstract may not have been received. Please check and register it again if necessary.

Modify and update your abstract

Abstracts may be changed until deadline of abstract submission. Click the “Modify, Change” button on your “Menu Page”.
After the deadline of the abstract submission, no modifications, changes, or additions whatsoever to the abstract body, authors (either first author or co-authors), or affiliations are permitted.
Please take great care to ensure that no mistakes are made before your submission.

Notification of acceptance

The Organizing Committee will make a final decision of acceptance/rejection. A notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent to you by e-mail (ID) around the middle of June.
Be pre-registered for the Meeting and complete the payment of registration fee before your presentation.

Awards

The Organizing Committee encourages participation from overseas. The abstracts are of outstanding quality will receive Award.

• ◆　Kemmotsu's Memorial Award (September 15, 2012)
  An applicant must:

• Be the presenter of poster presentation, and also request to present oral presentation
• Be pre-registered for the Meeting and complete the payment of registration fee before one's presentation;
• Obtain a visa for entering Japan prior to the Meeting, if necessary;
  The notification of the awardees will be announced prior to the Meeting. The Awardees, 2 people (one from Japan and 1 from overseas) will receive a Grant (200,000 JPY each) at the Banquet on September 15, 2012.
